    I try to write what should you do if you are infected:

    i. Cover your mouth and nose with a mask or handkerchiref.

    ii. Inform the authorities for immediate action or go direct to the special counters at the designated hospitals. Do not use public transportation.

    iii. Minimize contact with other people.

  5. for me the attitude is the first step to prevent this H1N1 from spreading....the people should be educate aggresively...load their brain that this H1N1 is very dangerous...it can kill! The effective medium is through mass media like radio, televisyen and news paper...with this effort I think we can prevent the spreading of this H1N1....

  6. What I can say is....

    There is no vaccine available right now to protect against this new H1N1 virus. There are everyday actions that can help prevent the spread of germs that cause respiratory illnesses like influenza.
    Basic personal hygiene measures should be reinforced and all people young and old should be encouraged to practice them to minimise potential influenza transmission:
    ● Cover nose and mouth when sneezing and coughing (preferably with a disposable
    single use tissue);
    ● Immediately dispose of used tissues;
    ● Adopt good handwashing / hand hygiene practices, particularly after coughing,sneezing or using tissues; and so on......

    If other members can add some more..it would be better..hehe..

  7. I also agree with Rosdi...the attitude is important....we cannot prevent this virus from spreading only with law..but the most important is our self attitude and dicipline...how we see this outbreak....
